There comes a moment, often quietly, when something in your life begins to feel… off.
You may not have words for it yet. You may still be doing everything “right.” And yet, a question lingers beneath the surface: “Is this all there is?” This isn’t just a crisis or a crossroads. It’s a sacred threshold. And that feeling you can’t quite name? It might just be your soul whispering through a portal.
This can happen at many points in life—sometimes slowly, sometimes all at once.
It might be stirred by a major life event: the loss of someone you love, a health scare, the end of a relationship, a career change, or a spiritual awakening that shifts your entire perspective.
I’ve walked through this portal many times. In my early career, it showed up as restlessness—a sense that I was meant for something different, something more. I made bold pivots without always knowing where they would lead. When my husband died, the portal opened in grief and devastation—and ultimately, in a complete reinvention of who I was and why I was here. And again, as my spiritual path deepened, I found myself called inward, asked to let go of identities and beliefs I once held tightly, and to step into an entirely new rhythm.
Each time, the invitation was the same: To listen. To surrender. To remember who I truly was—beneath the roles, the plans, and the expectations.
This moment—when something no longer fits and something else is quietly trying to emerge—is what I call a portal. It’s rarely convenient. And often, it’s uncomfortable. But it’s also where the most profound transformation begins.
Over the years, I’ve come to recognize five key portals that consistently arise—not only in my own journey, but in the lives of so many I’ve walked beside. Each one marks a threshold, inviting us to pause, reflect, and step into a new relationship with life.
You may enter through the portal of:
- Health & Wellbeing, where your body’s shifts are asking you to rest, nourish, and honor yourself in new ways.
- Relationships & Roles, where long-held dynamics no longer feel aligned and you’re longing for deeper, mutual connection.
- Career & Purpose, where your work no longer lights you up, and you’re craving a path that reflects who you truly are now.
- Financial Security, where questions around money and freedom are rising to the surface with new urgency.
- Personal Growth & Identity, where the outer life you’ve built doesn’t match the inner evolution you’re experiencing.
These aren’t just problems to solve. They’re portals of transformation.
The portal is not about burning it all down. It’s about rebuilding from truth. It’s the moment you stop living by default and start living by design. You’re being invited to remember yourself—the parts that went quiet while you cared for everyone else, the dreams that never stopped tugging at your heart, the clarity that’s always lived beneath the noise.
This is the heart of what we explore together in the Soul Remembrance Journey, a three-week guided experience designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and walk with clarity and courage through whatever is shifting in your life right now.
Perfectly timed for August, this offering meets you in a moment of openness—before the momentum of September takes hold, before the pace quickens again. It’s a chance to pause with purpose, and to step into your next chapter with intention.
We begin with the portal, that place where something no longer fits and something deeper is calling for your attention. From there, we follow a spiral path of rediscovery, reclamation, and soul-rooted design.
Week One offers a soft exhale, a sacred pause, and space to hear what life is really asking of you now. In the weeks that follow, we explore the deeper patterns and soul stages behind your changes and offer a grounded path forward aligned with your inner truth.
If you’re standing at the edge of something new, even if it feels tender or uncertain, you are not alone. The portal is already open. The journey has already begun.
