What if we could face death not with fear but with acceptance? How would this change our lives?
And, how can we accomplish this seemingly counter-intuitive feat? What are core values we have taken from your childhood and beyond? Are they based in love or fear? Are we conscious of triggers that may take us out of a space of love and trust?
Death is a topic that we rarely discuss in an open forum, yet how we view death has an important impact on the way we live our lives, on the way we love and take care of ourselves. Never has this been more clear than at this time of the global pandemic. Fear of our own death, death of a loved one, or causing another person’s death is at an extreme heightened state, because of the continued barrage of news and social media posts around COVID 19.
When we trust in the unfolding of life and extend love to ourselves and others, we are living what we are born to live. When we think from a place of love we are opening up to miracles. When we think without love, by blaming and attacking others, we are actually attacking ourselves.
Which relationships and situations do we come from love? Which relationships and situations are we not coming from love? Can you see that this is ultimately a choice when we become conscious of our behaviours and triggers? The body is programmed for perfect health. Stress is at the root of most illness. Are we as a planet moving towards a more heart-centred way of being?
Lianne and Sharon discuss these topics and share their journeys of self-healing and rediscovery after losing loved ones to cancer and how those experiences were catalysts for their own awakening.
