There’s no better time of year than the Spring to make a shift and begin realizing your dreams and greater potential. As the buds bloom on the trees, we are surrounded by new beginnings. Have you ever noticed that as the seedlings start to come up, they begin to outline the path from the previous year that was buried beneath the snow? But, if a log or stone fell on the path during the winter, the seedlings will begin to outline a new path, going around these obstacles. The same is possible for us. We can use the energy of spring to follow our dreams and create a new way forward, overcoming the obstacles in our way.

But, why is it that we so often simply continue to walk our well-trodden path, rather than trying something new?
