Feeling stuck usually isn’t about a lack of effort. It’s more often a lack of clarity. You may feel overwhelmed, scattered, or unsure which direction actually makes sense. Everything can feel important, and at the same time, nothing feels clear enough to move on.
What’s missing is a way to step back and see where you actually are, where the pressure is the highest, and what is worth focusing on first. Over the years, through my work with clients and in my own life, I started to see the same patterns repeat.
I developed a simple way of looking at things that brings everything together in one place and makes it easier to see what’s really going on.
There are four core areas that consistently shape how your life is working overall.
1.Your work and purpose is where you’re expressing yourself in the world. This includes clarity of direction, how you use your gifts, whether your work feels meaningful, your income stability, your structure, and your visibility.
2. Your lifestyle and expression is how your life actually feels day to day. This includes your environment, your time freedom, your level of enjoyment, your creativity, your personal growth, and your connection to something deeper.
3.Your relationships and connection shape how supported and connected you feel. This includes your relationship with yourself, your communication, your boundaries, your emotional availability, and the overall alignment of the people around you.
4.Your health and energy is your foundation. This includes your physical strength, your energy levels, your nervous system, your sleep, and how well your body is supported. When this area is not stable, everything else becomes harder.
When you look at these four areas together, a pattern starts to emerge. There are usually one or two areas that, if you shift them, begin to change everything else.
That’s where the overwhelm starts to ease. You’re no longer trying to fix your whole life at once. You can see what actually matters right now and put your energy there. That’s what I call a Life Design Scan. It’s something I’ve developed through my work, and it’s a practical way to quickly see what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus first.
It’s not complicated. You’re simply looking at each area and getting a clear read on where you are. Once that becomes clear, the next steps become much more obvious.
This is how we begin the day at the upcoming Soul Excursion (a full-day immersive experience in the country) on April 18th, 2026. We start with space to reflect, use the Life Design Scan to see clearly where things stand, and then work from there. It brings things out of your head and into something concrete, so you can move forward with more focus and less noise.
If you feel ready to step back for a day and get that kind of clarity, you’re welcome to join us.
If the timing isn’t right, there will be future dates, and you’re always welcome to reach out if you’d like to explore this work in a different way.
