Do you ever wonder what your true path is? Do you have lots of ideas and passions, but don’t know how they all fit together? Maybe you feel stuck in a rut and would like to move toward work that is meaningful, joyful and leads to abundance?

Wake up to your life, to your full potential and purpose!

Whether you refer to it as your true work, your passion, your calling, your purpose or even your hobby, it doesn’t matter, we all know its persistent urging.

Lianne Bridges, left the corporate world after three decades serving multi-nationals like Aeroplan, Unilever and Nabisco. In 2009, when her husband died of cancer, she was left alone to raise her two small children. This crisis was a catalyst for her to redesign her life. She wanted the freedom to look after her children and do work she loves, while making a difference in the world.

She began by drawing on her business experience of helping organizations define their long term vision and strategy. Bridges adapted this process by incorporating the wisdom practices she was using to transform her own life. In so doing, she developed a process to help others find and live their true calling. Bridges calls this approach, the Four Essential Elements of Transformation: Clarity, Path, Resilience and Connection.

“We are all trying to find the ‘G Spot’ of our lives, where we most thrive – where our passion, purpose and prosperity converge,” says Bridges.

4 Essential Elements of Transformation

In her talk, Lianne will discuss her own personal and professional journey and share what she believes are the four main barriers to living the life we are meant to live. She calls these barriers the ‘Four Horsemen’: Fear, Doubt, Confusion and Illusion. Lianne will then offer insight into the essential elements needed to become victorious over the horsemen and to redesign your life and work in a way that is filled with passion, purpose and prosperity.

1. Clarity

The first step in personal and professional transformation process is to define your Goals, Mission and Purpose.

2. Path

Once you have a clear vision of where you want to go, you need to devise a your own individualized blueprint for the change you want to create in your life, career or business.

3. Resilience

Cultivating resilience means getting in touch with your authentic self and breaking through limiting beliefs and core programming, inherited from our family, culture, and society.

4. Connection

Sharing, inspiring, encouraging and supporting like-minded and like-purposed individuals is a critical ingredient in manifesting your goals.
