It doesn't come with big titles, positions, or portfolios, but rather a vision to improve oneself, one's communities and society. I call this a Change-Leader.
Today our discussion is about integrity in marketing and sales and becoming the community leader you want to see in the world. I speak about pushy, manipulative, deceitful approaches and game-playing and how they don't serve anyone in the long run. Instead, I encourage listeners to think about creating a community of like-purposed individuals who they serve.
