Project Description
Answering the Call!
May 19, 2015 – As children, our natural inclination is to live in and to express joy. We enjoyed sewing doll clothes, colouring, biking, building or climbing…singing and laughing. Somewhere along the way – we stop. In favour of “practicality” …we stop. Stop singing. We stop stop embracing that child-like joy and just as importantly, we stop spreading that joy.Things we loved as a child are often indicators of true passions. But the worries of the outside world, the fear of singing off key, of what others think, the notion that we must “grow up and be realistic” all prevent us from sharing our light, our best and brightest gifts.
We are all artists inside, and tapping into our inherent creativity and expressing our true calling will not only set ourselves free and create long-lasting fulfillment; it will touch, inspire and transform others. We have a spiritual duty, an obligation to ourselves – and to the world – to embark on this discovery and this journey. It’s not about throwing our hands in the air, forsaking our responsibilities, rather, it’s about incorporating these elements in our day-to-day work and lives…what Sarena calls Soul-Work. Purpose work.
In this session we’ll look at how we can begin to embrace our light, the TRUE meaning if work-life balance and the three (3) C’s of Success in any endeavour.
