DESCRIPTION:Imagine the freedom that comes with having the clarity and confidence to live your dreams!\n\nFeeling Frustrated\, Stuck in a rut?\nAre you at a point in your life where you feel like you really need to make a change? Does it feel like you are on a hamster wheel? At the end of the work day\, do you feel depleted physically\, emotionally and/or mentally\, never seeming to get ahead? Do you wish you could wake up each day full of energy to pursue your passions? \nPerhaps you have ideas\, things that make you light up\, but don’t know how they all fit together to make a decent living? Do you hear that persistent little voice inside of you saying it isn’t possible? \nThe good news is that people don’t have to immediately quit their jobs or make other dramatic changes to move closer to their dream life. After years of helping clients to find and live their passion\, I’ve determined a process and  techniques to help people make a vital shift more gently but steadily. \nWe make New Year’s resolutions and by the end of January\, they are long forgotten. What we have learned from years of helping people and organizations gain clarity of vision\, is few people follow effective visioning and goal setting practices. \nHere are some of the key mistakes people make:\n\nNot Planning  – we have to start planning now to realize our dreams in 2018.\nFocusing externally – on a new job\, better house\, improved body or different relationship\, rather than on how we want to feel.\nFocusing only on SMART goal setting – this is logical and action-oriented approach\, but it is not creative\, visual nor inspiring.\nOnly using Vision Boards – they are creative\, and give us a concrete view of our dreams\, but they don’t identify priorities\, a path forward\, or a way to monitor and adjust your goals throughout the year.\n\nIn this workshop I will share with you two of my most successful proprietary processes: The Five Quantum Thrive Principles & Inspired Life Vision Book to help you infuse passion\, purpose and prosperity into your life\, work and leadership. \nAt the end of the full day workshop\, not only will you walk away with more clarity and confidence to pursue your dreams\, but you will have your own personal Vision Book to guide you and keep you on track throughout 2018.
