Fear of our own death\, death of a loved one\, or causing another person’s death is at an extreme heightened state\, because of the continued barrage of news and social media posts around COVID. \n\n\n \n\n\nLianne will share her journey of self-healing and rediscovery after losing her husband to cancer and being left alone to raise her two young boys. Her profound grief prompted her to rethink her entire life. Her explorations led her to realize that her husband’s death was a catalyst for her own awakening.
