Fear of our own death\, death of a loved one\, or causing another person’s death is at an extreme heightened state\, because of the continued barrage of news and social media posts around COVID. \n\n\n \n\n\nLianne will share her journey of self-healing and rediscovery after losing her husband to cancer and being left alone to raise her two young boys. Her profound grief prompted her to rethink her entire life. Her explorations led her to realize that her husband’s death was a catalyst for her own awakening. She has since studied Himalayan Sound Healing\, Shamanism through the the Foundation of Shamanic Studies\, Naada Yoga (Yoga of Sound) with the internationally renowned Gundesha Brothers and Sound Therapy with the Institute of Light Colour and Sound.  \nDalia has lead numerous yoga and sound healing sessions and retreats in around her home town of Montreal as well as on the international level in the US (Omega Center) and Mexico (Omni Hotel)\, Costa Rica (Posada Natura\, Spa Holis).
