Over the course of the year\, we will be discussing the twelve characteristics of Self Mastery. Some of the benefits of cultivating self mastery include: \n\nGaining clarity to make better decisions and direct your life\nLiving authentically with purpose\nExperiencing ease and flow in your life\nEnjoying deeper connections and more significant relationships\nAccessing unlimited wisdom\, inspiration and creativity\nAttracting abundance more effectively\n\nEach month we will be exploring one of the 12 Characteristics of Self Mastery.\nThis month’s topic – Choosing Courage\n \n“Courage is the foundation of integrity. With courage you will dare to take risks\, have the strength to be compassionate and the wisdom to be humble.” Mark Twain \nIn this session we will discuss the importance of cultivating courage\, embracing our vulnerability and becoming fearless no matter what obstacle is put in our path. Our body houses our mind\, emotions and spirit\, and the planet and the environment around us is home for our body. How we treat both (our body and environment) has a fundamental impact on our level of performance and ability to achieve our  goals. A great mind\, full of ideas residing in a sick body can not manifest to its highest potential. Similarly\, a healthy body and mind can not thrive in a physical environment that is cluttered and dirty. In this session we will discuss ideas\, habits and practices to optimize our health and well being. \nFormat: Facilitated Discussion Groups\nWe will use a facilitated discussion group approach to explore deeper into each topic and to draw out the individual and collection wisdom and creativity of the participants within the room. \nLocation: Hudson’s Conscious Learning Lounge\nThe meetings are held in the Conscious Learning Lounge in Hudson. Maximum attendance is 20 people. \nNo Set Fee – Donation and Volunteer Basis\nWe want to make this an initiative that is run by the Awakening Village™ community. As such\, we are calling for volunteers to help out\, bring food or drinks and donations.
