Part II – Build Your ThriveTribe
To manifest your vision you need a clear path with detailed steps to build your own ThriveTribe. All you need to know to start a business/community organization/new career or take your existing one to the next level! Each module contains detailed information, strategies and techniques to become a confident leader in your area of expertise with an online presence that will make people want to connect, follow, learn and do business with you.
- Community Brand – Describe your brand image and design direction (via a mood board). Develop key messaging for your brand including a tag line, 30 second elevator speech, and main support points to be used across communication vehicles (web, social media, print). Based on the brand image and messaging, decide on the best name(s) for brand and domain name(s) for the business.
- Define Your Community Offering: Identify the business model that best reflects the kind of leader and entrepreneur you are. Devise your signature product line or program that will help you to clearly communicate your solution(s) to potential clients and provide a solid, repeatable offering on which to build your business. Identify potential channels and partnerships to distribute and/or sell your products/services.
- Design Your Community Platform – Develop a plan to build your community of key stakeholders who share your values and want to avail themselves of your unique product and/or service offering.
- Devise a plan for attracting, engaging and retaining members – Identify the proper promotion, advertising, public relations methods to generated leads and the best techniques for moving prospective members to active members and eventually community ambassadors.
- Community Development Plan – Establish a budget that outlines the important costs and the various income sources in order to estimate net earnings. Create project plans and identify tools, systems and resources that you will need to be successful.
- Business Set Up – Begin the development and launch of your new business by establishing the key administration elements that will be required, including legal and accounting set up. Also, develop your log, establish your processes and systems and the people you will need to roll out your business or program.
- Develop Your Offering – You will be guided in developing your program, products or services based on best practices and creative tools for content development.
- Build Your Marketing Platform – You will be guided step by step towards building the essential elements of your marketing platform, including logo and design, website and social media sites, email platform and printed promotional materials.
- Develop Your Sales Funnel and Launch – Learn how to engage potential customers/clients through social media, special events and other effective strategies to convert them from prospects to initial buyers to loyal patrons.
The course is made up of 9 Modules with Lessons and and exercises. Each Module contains a video lesson, a PDF of the lesson so you can print it out and follow along with the video and a homework package filled with the daily exercises.
