How are you feeling as we approach the last two weeks of the year?
Many people I’ve spoken to are feeling stressed, confused, overwhelmed and tired…some feel they are at a breaking point. This is not too surprising, given the year we have all had.
To help ease this suffering, I would like to share the most important method I use to connect to peace, inspiration and guidance. It is very simple, yet radically effective.
I start each day in stillness.
Before I check my emails, social media accounts, or even speak to another person, I take time for myself, to check in with my inner being. In so doing, I connect with calmness, gratitude and a deeper intelligence that sets the tone for my day.

What the world needs now more than ever before is for each one of us to connect with our inner stillness. From this place, we can move beyond fear, judgement and anger toward compassion, kindness and creativity.
